We are looking to hire a hard-working and efficient Demi Chef de Partie to assist with various kitchen duties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes in the assigned section of the kitchen.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning and new recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.

- Formal culinary training from a recognized school.
