Job Responsibilities
- To manage the operations of Coffee Shop Kitchens in The Royal Garden Hotel.
- Develop menus, budgets (where applicable), and “Specials” that meet the target market's needs and are in line with the operating concept of the restaurant.
- To establish culinary standards specific to the restaurant which meet the needs of the target market.
- Supervise and monitor the activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
- Recognize the developmental needs of subordinates and guide them to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Improve service by communicating with guests to understand their needs and providing feedback to cooks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel and catering industry
- Competent knowledge of Western & Asian cuisine and Pastry art
- Familiar with ISO 22000 quality management system
- Proven managerial abilities in people management and leadership
- Good communication, interpersonal, analyzing, organizing and planning skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
