- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to the superiors.
- Providing administrative support for all departmental activities and fulfilling front-line reception duties where necessary
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
- At least 1 year experience in hotel / serviced apartment
- Familiar with the Opera reservations system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
