Head Baker - Japanese Bakery
We are looking to hire an experienced Head Baker to supervise our baking staff and manage all bakery operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the baking operations and ensure the production of high-quality Japanese-style baked goods.
- Develop and create new bakery recipes and products while maintaining the authenticity of Japanese baking techniques.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients to ensure efficient production.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to uphold baking standards and practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace in adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to optimize bakery operations and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on Japanese baking techniques and traditional recipes.
- Creative and skilled in developing new bakery products with an understanding of Japanese flavors and ingredients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a bakery setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed in the bakery industry.
