Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup of back-of-house and storage areas.
- Act as a supervisor within the operations team to ensure all event activities are prepared and operational.
- Coordinate events to maximize customer satisfaction by preparing event documentation and collaborating with sales, hotel departments, and customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality is desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively individually and/or in a team.
