Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Interact with customers and process payments.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Create new drink recipes and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ proven experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of drinks / cocktails is necessary
• Good command of English and Chinese

Bar Captain

Responsibilities:

• Oversee bar operations and staff.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Develop drink menus and handle customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules.

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• More experience will be considered as the Supervisor
• Good or solid knowledge of mixology
• A strong leader, a team builder and a motivator with ambition to succeed
• Able to work well under pressure, willing to extend working hours / working on festive and weekends
• Good command of English and Chinese
