Summary:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience
  • Education Level: Degree or above
  • Cantonese, English, Putonghua

Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for all new shops development from planning and managing until completion; including but not limited to construction, renovation and manage fitting out projects in HK, Macau, PRC and/or APAC regions;
  • Review and ensure all shops, central kitchen and office layout plans are fully align with the regulatory requirements;
  • Provide all necessary licenses submission to landlords, government, and relevant parties;
  • Supervise outsourced contractors and monitor the progress of overall interior design, building services/MVAC/ E&M process for existing/ new shop/ office’s renovation/ reinstatement projects;
  • Lead the maintenance team and contractors to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance works;
  • Prepare technical specifications and requirements for tendering and outsourcing repair and maintenance works;
  • Prepare annual budget, set up and review relevant operations policies.

Requirements
 

  • Degree holder in Project Management, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years solid experience with knowledge in Building Ordinance, Fire Safety Ordinance and Regulations, in which at least 5 years with supervisory capacity in sizeable organization, F&B and hospitality industry would be an advantage
  • Qualification of MHKIE or equivalent is preferable
  • Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations
  • Strong leadership, results-driven, effective communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Processing and AutoCAD
  • Occasional travel to PRC is required
