Summary:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience
- Education Level: Secondary, Primary
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and maintaining a consistent standard of service.
- To supervise all subordinates, making sure all delegated duties are being carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
- To conduct F&B outlets briefing to ensure the operation, events and etc. are professionally carried out.
- To be accountable for maintaining cordial collaboration with the kitchen and stewarding department.
- To provide training for service staff, monitor their progress and evaluate their performance.
- To promote teamwork and positive attitudes among staff; attend to grievances of staff, counsel and motivate them when necessary.
- To socialize with guests, promote sales, and gain feedback from patrons regarding the services and products provided.
- To be responsible for handling guest complaints and comments.
- To assist and support his subordinates all the time, and provide direction and guidance to them whenever required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Find ways of maximizing and increasing sales and/or yield.
Requirements
- A recognized higher certificate or High School Graduate in relevant discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 year relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry and 2 years at managerial level.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal skills, outgoing with strong leadership and team building skills.
- Strong manpower planning and training skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computer application software.
- More experience will be considered as Restaurant Manager.
