Reporting to Associate Director of Finance, this position works closely with Finance Manager and is responsible for supporting all-round accounting operations including but not limited to account receivable, account payable, wholesale & online sales accounting etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Account Receivable, Account Payable, Revenue Report for online and wholesale sales channels
- Administrate accounting system (SUN Accounts) and ensure the synchronization with the ERP platform (Microsoft Business Central)
- Ensure all invoices are properly prepared and distributed out in a timely manner
- Handle all transactions and reports for regional markets, including China, Japan and London
- Support on Balance Sheet analysis and follow up with relevant parties
- Safekeeping all accounts document and ensure the filling log sheet is being maintained
- Support on both internal and external audit by preparing all necessary documents
- Handle accounting related correspondence with different parties – staff/customers/vendors/sister companies etc.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience; experience in the Retail and FMCG industry is advantageous
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, drive, and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of SUN Accounts and Microsoft Business Central is a plus
