Handle and supervise Reservations Agent on daily reservation tasks including handling reservation via telephone, e-mail, fax and internet.  Handle group reservations and follow up payment. Maintain accurate filing system and updated correspondence at all time.  Work closely with Sales and Reservations team to maintain smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and update reservations in Opera (PMS).
• Acknowledge reservation requests via telephone, e-mail, fax and OTA.
• Handle group payment information accurately prior to group arrival.
• Prepare daily reservation reports for management reference.
• Prepare monthly reservation reports.
• Train and supervise Reservations Agent.
• Handle and confirm reservations and follow up relevant documents including Reservation Order.
• Follow up Cancellation, No-Show or Guaranteed No-Show reservations.
• To chase guaranteed reservations for critical days. 
• To coordinate with the Sales Department regarding the amendment of groups.
• Maintain close contact with local supportive wholesale travel agents.
• To conduct telemarketing for Corporate account.
• Maintain close contact with Front Desk for on-date reservations.
• Perform assignments given by EAM - Sales & Marketing / Assistant Director of Revenue / Reservations Manager / Reservations Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 2-3 years working experience in Reservation
• Fresh graduates are WELCOME
• Hands-on Opera PMS and PC Knowledge
• Independent, hardworking, familiar with reservation procedure, willing to work on shift and holidays
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Overtime work may require
• Candidates with less experience will be considered to Reservation Agent.
