Summary:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience.
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests out of their cars and help with luggage or heavy items.
- Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas.
- Ensure the keys are either returned to the owner or stored safely.
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels.
- Report any vehicles, safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor.
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Provide directions and general information about the hotel and surrounding area to guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Chinese will be advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
