  • Supporting Projects and Policies Related to Guest Experience and Safety
  • Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years front desk or guest relations experience, luxury hotel background is preferred
  • Experience with Opera system is an advantage
  • Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must 
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Butler or Senior Butler instead of Butler Supervisor
