Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
- Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
- Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-year relevant experience in supervisory level in Bar/ Beverage industry
- Bar experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and passionate in wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Responsible, strong in leadership and problem-solving skill
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English, Cantonese a plus but not a must
