Responsibilities
- Work in small team environment
- Actively manage full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and complete financial records
- Oversee the payment arrangement and bank transactions
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register; calculating the monthly depreciation charge and preparing the recurring journal
- Assist in financial reporting and deliver reports timely to meet reporting deadlines
- Assisting in the year end audit and coordinating with external auditors in audit
- Perform and support other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned
- To assist the Financial Controller and supervise daily operations of the Finance Department.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the Finance Department of sizeable organization in Hospitality Industry, preferably in hotels and/or private clubs
- Solid experience in food and beverage operations and financial accounting
- Higher Diploma or recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines is desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and familiar with SUN accounting system.
