Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and charcuterie.
  • Ensure proper portioning, plating, and garnishing.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create harmonious menu offerings.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of food items.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovative cold dishes.
  • Uphold The Ritz-Carlton’s culinary standards.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary arts, with a focus on cold kitchen.
  • Fine dining experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Garde Manger techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
