Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist guests with their luggage, including loading and unloading.
- Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient service.
- Guest Information and Assistance:
- Provide information about hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and special requests.
- Deliver mail and messages to guest rooms.
- Maintain a secure and organized bellstand area.
- Coordinate with security and management as needed.
- Follow safety protocols during late-night shifts.
