Summary:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
  • Cantonese, English, Putonghua

Responsibilities:

  • Receive guest orders over the phone.
  • Assist with menu selections and answer any questions.
  • Check with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding wine options.
  • Provide information on the origin, vintage, and style of various wines.
  • Place and log call-back requests for room service orders.
  • Notify guests and management promptly about any delays in service delivery.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Keep work areas clean throughout the day.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
  • Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports.
  • Process various payment methods.
  • Follow company safety and security policies.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
