Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual who loves planning events, has a positive attitude, and strong communication and organizational skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handles all banquet function rooms related enquiries & prepares event orders to maximize sales volume of the department
- Prepares schedule site inspection (including function rooms, guest room, restaurants and other hotel facilities) and entertaining unscheduled site visit such as walk in guests together with Events team
- Prepares menu, place cards, signage, seating plan, tent card, table sign for all functions
- Assists Events team in liaising with the hotel’s contractors (musicians, florists, graphic designer, photographers, print house) to meet with guests’ expectation and hotel’s interests
- Inputs data for monthly sales statistics
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Hotel Management
- One year of related experience in the hotel industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Passionate towards hospitality
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
