Key Accountabilities:
- Provides updates on guest movement to fellow teams in order to ensure smooth guest experience
- Assists in preparing daily reports related to guest arrival and departure, hotel vehicle and luggage storage
- Ｗorks closely with supervisor to make transportation arrangements for guests
- Handles luggage movement
General Requirements:
- Pleasant and customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Good knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is preferrable
- Candidates with similar experience will be an advantage
