Job Description
We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Production Kitchen’s food store by ordering, receiving, de-boxing and storing all relevant food items
- Establishes and maintains par stock of food items, in collaboration with Production and Pastry team’s relevant supervisor
- Closely works with Production Kitchen and Pastry teams to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times
- Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes ad stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD)
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience and preferably with work experience in a reputed hotel
- Cantonese is must and preferably with English
- Basic computer knowledge, preferably in material control system and Fidelio system
- Basic food product knowledge and inventory keeping
