Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager to supervise the floor operations.
- Solid and relevant experience gained in Hotels, Private Clubs, and/or Freestanding Restaurant.
- Strong wine knowledge with relevant qualifications would be an advantage.
