負責洗衣店營運事宜，協助客戶送洗衣物及處理查詢，收發、分檢及摺疊包裝衣物，檢查衣物狀態，如是否有污跡或破損，並向相關團隊彙報。負責收銀，處理現金及信用卡交易。輸入衣物紀錄及客戶資料。需懂中文及簡單英文，需要按公司要求到港島區不同分店當值（金鐘、西環或淺水灣）
