Job Summary
- Take note of daily room sales; reviewing room situation on a regular basis;
- Serving customers with proper manner;
- Registering incoming guests and providing check-in service to guest;
- Informing concerned departments and outlet of guests’ arrivals, room changes, departures and special arrangement
(Managing subordinates is not required)
Requirements
- Completed F.3, 1 year relevant working experience
- Fair command of written and conversational skills in Chinese and English
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday; Required to work shift; 8 working hours +1 hour lunch break
07:30 to 16:30 or
14:30 to 23:30 or
23:00 to 08:00
