Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
  • Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Arrange transportation, such as taxis or shuttles.
  • Oversee the bell staff team.
  • Ensure efficient luggage handling for arriving and departing guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Train new bell staff members on hotel procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Chinese and English will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
