Summary:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience.
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.
- Arrange transportation, such as taxis or shuttles.
- Oversee the bell staff team.
- Ensure efficient luggage handling for arriving and departing guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train new bell staff members on hotel procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Chinese and English will be advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
