Responsibilities:

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within the hotel premises.

Leading a team of technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance work.

Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and implementing preventive maintenance measures.

Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving maintenance issues to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.

Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to hotel operations.

Requirements:

A minimum of [X] years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a hospitality environment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
