Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment condition for management review and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in relevant trades preferred.
Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external contractors.
