Summary:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience.
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management and operation of the hotel's pool and fitness centre.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of pool and fitness equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests using the facilities.
- Monitor pool and fitness centre activities and enforce rules and regulations.
- Assist with organizing fitness classes or events.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pool and fitness centre operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English will be compulsory. Chinese language skill will be an advantage.
- Ability to work well individually and/or in a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
