Summary:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Education Level: Degree or above
  • Cantonese, English, Putonghua

To ensure customer experience is delivered following Peninsula Service Principles, achieving revenue target and its related key results and driving operational excellence to enhance efficiency. Maximize the team’s performance and execute people-related initiatives as a manager, such as recruitment, performance review, handling performance issues etc.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensure Customer Experience

  • Ensure the customer experience is up to the company standard and Peninsula Service Principles
  • Propose and execute tactics and initiatives to enhance customer experience
  • Resolve customer service cases and customer complaint while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Be role model in delivering great customer service at all time

2. Maximize Revenue

  • Execute strategies to achieve business objectives on revenue, cost saving, spoilage, and other Retail KPI targets and customer service standards
  • Identify and develop process and to enhance team’s selling technique and sales acumen

3. Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure inventory efficiency & accuracy and shelf-life optimization; manage inventory related activities such as replenishment, cycle count, stock take
  • Optimize manpower efficiency by rostering, assigning daily duties and zoning
  • Ensure the boutique are fully complied with the Company’s Hygiene and Health & Safety related policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level; preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Fluent in English and local language, Mandarin a plus
  • Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
  • Good Leadership skills and encourage teamwork
