Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sanitation operations, including dish room operations, night cleaning, and maintenance of all kitchen and storage areas.
Manage a team of stewards and kitchen attendants.
Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and operating equipment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, local health regulations, food handling, and sanitation standards.
Work closely and strategically with the Executive Chef, culinary team, and Restaurants, Bars & Events teams to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience as Chief Steward or in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and health regulations in food service.
