- Responsible for maintaining all account files, including updating of company and contact information
- Handling all reservation inquiries, bookings and answering customer inquiries via online platforms and incoming call
- Input and access data in reservation system
- Handle all enquiries professionally from telephone, email and WhatsApp
- Handle all administrative and paper works
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Permanent or Contract Terms, Full-time or Part-time are also welcome
