- Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner

- Handle guest complaints and emergency cases
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years guest relations experience in hotel
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
