Responsibilities
- Assist the Department Head in managing and supervising the daily operations of Housekeeping Department
- Assist in identifying training needs and implementing training sessions
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements
- 5 years’ housekeeping experience with 2 year in supervisory level in international hotel chain
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Strong leadership, self-motivated, detail-oriented and work independently under pressure
