Job Descriptions:
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team
- Assists Sales team in business development and maintaining good business relationship with clients
- Handles enquiries from business accounts and potential clients
- Assist in hotel inspection when required
- Maintains and manages client database to ensure contact details are up-to-date
- Prepare timely reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year related working experience in the hotel or related industry
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge in hotel Opera PMS is an advantage
- Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; good team player
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Passionate towards Hospitality.
