Job Description

• Assists and supports the coordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes
• Assists in the writing and distribution of all press releases. Assist in media pitching and arrange media entertainment, and pitch the micro-influencer to drive media exposure
• Ensure press clippings are routinely circulated to key management and files properly
• Create appealing tagline and body copy for all printed materials and digital channels, e.g. eDM, social media platforms, hotel website
• Assist in carrying out digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand image and enhance brand awareness
• Assists Marketing Communications Manager on advertising and related matters
• Coordinate with graphic designers and user departments on all productions and ensure all are done within the schedule
• Assists in the coordination and execution of all printed materials
• Controls quantity and inventory of all marketing collateral items
• Assists in the production of all displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years solid experience in Marketing Communications and e-commerce, preferably gained in hotel or F&B industry
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player, attentive to details and strong project management skills
• Excellent capability of adapting into new environment and responsive to change
• Good command of Microsoft Office and eShop software
