Job Description
- Solicit sales for the Hotel through any other organizations
- Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing Budget.
- Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
- To make sales calls on accounts within specific markets.
- Reviews and conducts regular research on potential markets needs coverage.
- Keep updated with client relationships, overall business goals and conduct site inspection.
- Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email and written communications.
- Follow up and handle all aspects of Familiarization / special groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof.
- Attends major corporate functions and promotional events for the hotel.
Job requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in hotel or tourism industry
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and detail-minded with strong sales techniques
- A proactive and responsible team player and able to meeting tight deadline
- Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
