Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in the hospitality sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and networking strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its specific roles and requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with various recruitment technologies and platforms.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
