Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain a headhunting list of potential candidates, including cold-calling to generate interest and assess availability.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications for the roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, track progress, and report on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a headhunter or recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates based on their skills and cultural fit.
