We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead a luxury casino hotel in Macau. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality and gaming industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets and maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance the hotel's market position, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is addressed promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies, while maintaining the hotel's reputation for luxury and quality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, and corporate partners, to align objectives and drive the overall success of the hotel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or casino environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization strategies within the hospitality industry.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a passion for luxury service standards.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese; additional languages are an advantage.
