Head Chef - Chinese kitchen

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our modern Chinese restaurant in Bangkok.

Role Description:

  • Manage and develop the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, efficiency, and sanitation.
  • Create innovative menu items and optimize existing dishes to enhance flavors and profitability.
  • Maintain exceptional culinary standards, closely monitoring food preparation and inventory.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to plan and execute special events and promotions.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Chinese kitchen management and cooking
  • Ability to apply modern culinary techniques, with a strong creative and menu development flair
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the Thai local and international food and beverage market trends
  • Proactive mindset and positive team spirit
