Responsibilities:
- Organize, confirm, and process guest arrivals and departures. Be attentive and provide necessary assistance for Guest check-in and check-out.
- Adapt to any changes in reservations.
- Verify and adjust billing as needed.
- Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities, and local insights.
- Run daily reports and communicate relevant information to the next shift.
- Handle wake-up calls promptly.
- Report emergencies, lost items, or theft to security staff.
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies.
Requirements:
- Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (such as English, Cantonese, and Chinese).
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
- Quick thinking and ability to handle unexpected situations.
