Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel located at Hong Kong International Airport is currently hiring a Senior Front Office Agent / Front Office Agent.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the check-in procedures and services are up to standard
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
• Complete cashier and closing reports.
• Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. 

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant studies
• Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Office Agent
