- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Prepare special meals or substitute items.
- Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures.
- Thaw frozen food in the refrigerator.
- Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and food garnish.
- Prepare and cook food following recipes and quality standards.
- Handle cold foods.
- Plate desserts according to appropriate designs.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees.
- Serve as a role model for the team.
- Follow safety and security policies.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
