Job Summary
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, including use of room keys, minibar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, and valet laundry services.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval as required.
- Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
- Provide directions and general information to guests and visitors.
- Arrange transportation for guests and visitors, such as taxicabs, shuttle buses, and limousine or sedan services, and record advance transportation requests as needed.
- Communicate parking procedures and related information to guests and visitors.
