- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide assistance and information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Process guest requests such as room service orders, wake-up calls, and transportation arrangements.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using telephone systems and computer software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
