- Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests in recognition of their patronage, such as reward points or show tickets.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing functions, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
