Job Title: Restaurant Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including greeting and seating guests, serving food and beverages, and handling guest inquiries.
- Learn and adhere to restaurant service standards, policies, and procedures to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Support the restaurant team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, preparing dining areas for service
- Shadow and learn from experienced restaurant staff to gain insights into various roles and responsibilities within a fine dining establishment.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills related to restaurant operations and customer service.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, culinary arts, or related program.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong interest in fine dining service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
