Responsibilities：
Responsible for assisting the Director of Style to manage the Style (Housekeeping) department in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness of the hotel, including all guest rooms, public areas, food & beverage outlets, banquet facilities and back stage areas. Responsible for managing the departmental expenses within given budgets and managing roster efficiencies. Driving quality control through diligent daily cleanliness inspections in public areas and guest rooms. Leading guest experience feedback follow ups related to the department and interacting with VIP guests to tailor make their style experience.
Requirements：
- Experience - 2 years of work experience in supervising Style (Housekeeping) department
- Education - Diploma / higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
- Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
- W Personality - Passionate, Playful, Audacious and Polished
- W Look - Appear confident and well-groomed
- You + You = W - Collaborate, embrace differences
