Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online revenue and bookings.
- Manage the hotel's website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Oversee the hotel's presence on various online platforms, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and online booking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute online marketing campaigns that drive direct bookings and increase brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in e-commerce and digital marketing, implementing best practices and innovative strategies.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as digital marketing agencies and OTA representatives.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Director of E-commerce.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
