Assoicate Director of Sales for a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts in the Corporate & M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Corporate & M.I.C.E market segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Corporate & M.I.C.E sector to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities for the Corporate & M.I.C.E segment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Corporate & M.I.C.E segment to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the Corporate & M.I.C.E segment.
- Strong understanding of the Corporate and M.I.C.E market dynamics, trends, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
