Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and seeing off guests.
- Managing luggage, mail, phone messages, and other correspondence.
- Providing information on local attractions, events, travel, and dining.
- Arranging transportation when requested.
- Arranging dinner reservations as well as other hotel services.
- Assisting guests with travel arrangements such as recommending and making dinner reservations or changing flights.
- Helping guests solve problems by tailoring solutions to their needs and tastes.
- Purchasing tickets for events, shows, concerts, and excursions.
- Briefing clients on local activities and making bookings.
- Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly.
- Assisting guests with moving luggage to a secure area and performing any other requested services.
- Collecting and recording parking fees accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Diploma in hospitality management or related studies is preferred;
- Attentive and service-oriented;
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
