Job Responsibilities
- Process daily reservation inquiries and bookings.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to the superiors.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in hotel / serviced apartment
- Familiar with the Opera reservations system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)
